Graham Brazier's final album... limited edition vinyl release in August.
Very honoured when producer Alan Jansson asked me to lay down a track for the vinyl remake of Graham Brazier's last album, Left Turn at Midnight.
I knew Graham back in the day when Auckland was much more of a village. But I never guessed he had written a piece of flamenco poetry called A Thousand Castanets. When Alan found the recording invited me to lay down some flamenco guitar behind it. It's one of two bonus tracks on the vinyl release in August. I think Castanets places Brazier in the front rank of New Zealand poets. Alan kindly made it available for this website... have a listen:
